The TeleDrive Flex platform is engineered for robust use in all industrial sectors. Its displays can reliably show high-resolution camera and multimedia signals while transmitting control signals to actuators. Whether installed individually or as a master-slave set, it facilitates varied display and operating concepts. The high-resolution, bright bonded displays provide a brilliant area for modern HMI applications, with options for hypervisor-based system environments for secure application structures.

• Platform: Ready-to-use with standard 11.6“ or 9” displays, with custom solutions easily derived. Features a brilliant 11.6″ Full HD bonded touch display (1000 cd/m², 900 contrast ratio) with automatic brightness control.
• Processing: Equipped with a 6-core SoC and an additional processor for functional safety.
• Connectivity: Capacitive multipoint touch, Ethernet 1000BaseT1, USB Host 3.0, and CAN. Supports up to four camera inputs and three additional displays.
• Memory: 8 GB RAM standard, with optional mass storage.
• OS: Linux-based with fast boot time, or optional hypervisor-based systems.
• Power: Optimized power control with minimal quiescent current and Klemme15 connection.
• Protection: IP68 on the front, IP54 on the rear.
• Adaptability: Prepared for non-road mobile machinery and adaptable for various applications.

Flexibility:

• Seamless integration into cabin conditions.
• Standard 11.6“ (Full HD) or 9” displays; other formats possible.
• Two system variants: All-in-one master display with touch and application processor, or a pure slave display solution.
• Connect up to three additional slave displays with different resolutions to the master display.
• Functional safety can be implemented with external displays.
• Connect up to four digital cameras to the master display, with simultaneous decoding and display. Separate phantom power supply for cameras is available.

Robustness:

• Designed for extreme and harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -30 to +70°C.
• Vibration and shock resistance compliant with ISO16750-3 Grade 2.
