
IAV Primero 2.0 enables developers to easily distort complex lambda sensor signals. This provides OBD algorithms in the engine control unit with a lambda sensor signal modified by freely configurable fault patterns. The distortion of the lambda sensor signal path occurs at the vehicle level, without interfering with the engine control unit's functions. This allows the effectiveness of the on-board diagnostics to be verified in their unchanged series state and demonstrated to the authorities during vehicle approval. IAV Primero 2.0 is therefore a tool for the entire development process – from function development, through application and validation on test drives, to demonstration to the authorities during the approval process.

Application:
IAV Primero 2.0 integrates seamlessly into any vehicle environment via the universal wiring harness, connecting the signal path between the lambda sensor and the engine control unit. It can simultaneously control one linear and one binary sensor. Configuration and control are conveniently managed via the user interface on a laptop connected via USB. The integrated CAN interface allows for seamless integration of data generated by IAV Primero 2.0 into existing application environments (e.g., ETAS INCA), ensuring automated, complete, and gapless documentation of your entire test sequence.
Intuitive User Interface:
All necessary test parameters can be set through a clear and understandable user interface. A Primero configuration created during test planning can be saved and easily imported for test execution, ensuring all tests are performed with the correct settings, regardless of the personnel involved.
Sensor Compatibility:
Supports current sensor models and control units, uniquely including compatibility with Bosch's new OSIC driver. A future-proof hardware design allows for support of future sensor models via software updates. Includes a USB connection cable and a universal adapter for power supply, engine control unit, and lambda sensor connections. Always delivered in a transport case.
Download:
Includes a firmware update necessary for full functionality. The firmware (*.odn) is located in the 'firmware' folder and must be manually unpacked. After installing the user interface and enabling Expert Mode, the firmware can be loaded onto the device.
