IAV Auros Iso provides a standardized solution for compliant testing in accordance with ISO 21498-2, LV123, VW80300, and MBN11123 standards, eliminating the need for electrical modifications between test cases. This allows for both performance tests and tests with induced disturbances to be conducted using the same setup, saving valuable time and ensuring efficient, reproducible test results and administrative-ready reports.

Effortlessly switch between performance and fault tests with a single device setup. It integrates seamlessly into existing test facilities, inheriting the proven safety functions of IAV Auros, and includes DUT rest bus simulation and full commissioning.

The rack's flexibility is enhanced by its mobile application and the adoption of all automation and safety functions from the main product. Preconfigured test cases for the ISO standard are executable with simple selection. The in-house automation software, IAV Afram, supports arbitrarily complex processes and serves as a comprehensive replacement for large test benches. Flexible business models, from short-term rental to purchase, are available.

With an extensive library of drivers for peripheral devices and automatic test reports after each run, the rack is fully equipped. A transient recorder is integrated for high-frequency measurement data recording.
